month

Normally a maximum mortgage calculation is based on a 30 year mortgage duration. In some specific cases a shorter duration can be selected.
This will however impact how much you can borrow.
If you do not fill in a mortgage duration, it will be based on the standard 30 years.

Personal loans are for example ongoing credit agreements with your bank, a credit card with limit that can be repaid over a longer duration of time, a loan for paying of your mobile phone or a private lease car agreement. If you have one or more of these loans you can add up all the original loan sums or limits.

Tip: generally it is wise to pay of as much of these loans as possible before a mortgage application as they significantly impact your borrowing capacity for a mortgage.

If you still have student debt, what was the original loan sum?
Also make clear whether the Dutch old system (prior to 1-9-2015) or Dutch new system (since 1-9-2015) is applicable.
